I bet that was a big job. Especially when a chain saw is needed. I am glad that is checked off your list. The snow is gone from under our apples tress now so we spent the afternoon picking up all the trimmings.
We figured it had been about five years since they’ve been pruned, and people who know much more than us say it’ll be another two years of heavy purning before they are to the point where we can do “normal” pruning. We have a lot of trimmings that look like small trees themselves to take care of but at least we got the trees done before spring really showed up – thank goodness for a long winter!
