Geeze Jessie couldn’t you read a new author?
I know, I know, there are already three of Gregory’s books I’ve done my tiny reviews on. What can I say? I love her!
For whatever reason reading about the royal families plotting to destroy each other and take the throne while using their children as pawns never gets old for me.
On a different topic altogether in the background of the picture you can notice Piper sleeping on the couch (because as Johnny pointed out that is where she is usually to be found) and my stereo in the hole in my wall, (just because Corky asked).

I don’t think I can adjust your stereo settings. It’s too high.
Yup, it’s pretty high. You can join Clara standing on the couch stretching up and saying, “Uh, uh, uh!” OR… you could ask Ivy for the remote! 🙂
Three birds with one stone! (The stone being the picture)
Is this a series?
This was a counterpoint to The White Queen, they both dealt with the Plantagenets and the cousins war in the 1400’s same story different views.
The others I have written about are all in the 1500’s and deal with the Tudors. Even though they have a chronological order, all of the ones I have read could be fine as stand alone books.
