Let’s Go Fly A Kite

When the kite wasn’t in a tree,

or a power line,

or being rehabilitated after such an event…

When kids weren’t fighting over it,

and a certain someone wasn’t falling out of a tree after rescuing it…Kite flying

Then,Β it was nothing but perfect windy day fun!

Perfect timing on the camera shutter. Great photo. Hope you’re okay after the fall from the tree.

Thanks – and it was John who fell out of the tree- he seems to be fine, and it didn’t stop him from climbing the next tree the next time the kite got stuck. πŸ™‚

Beautiful, as always! Flying a kite always looks so peaceful…until you are the one trying to fly the kite πŸ™‚

Especially if you are flying it with a two year old! She was doing great, happy, peaceful and then she randomly let it go and we watched it tangle in the powerlines! Good times! πŸ™‚

  3. What an uneventful day πŸ™‚ You have those all the time right?

  4. I love these little gems from your life! Perfect day and a gorgeous shot!

The photo is perfect. I haven’t flown a kite in decades, but now think that I should revisit that fun. Minus the falling out of the tree part, of course.
