It’s not always necessary to talk when having a “conversation” with Jane…
“Mom this smells like your favorite drink!
Mom, whats your favorite drink again?
Wait! … What is it called?
Oh right- caffeine.
What does caffeine smell like again?”
…but it’s always a good idea to listen because you can bet that she’s been listening to everything you say.
Also, in answer to your question Jane, I’m not sure that caffeine has a smell but if it did I’m pretty sure it would be just like heaven.
Yep, just like heaven. π

I don’t drink coffe. The aroma is the best part of coffee!! Now chai tea is a different story, I’ll have a cup every morning.
I don’t drink coffee either, but your right, the aroma is the best part. Tea on the other hand… don’t stand between me and it in the morning! π
Nice post! Though I had been a coffee addict at one point, I decided to give it up, just like I decided to give up a whole lot of other things I was addicted to! But the smell is intoxicating and I can never deny that… π
Coffee smells good, but I hate drinking it. I much more of a tea and Diet Coke girl. π
Hahaha! Heavenly indeed π That Jane is a smart one
I wonder what other nuggets she’s accidentally picked up… π
You’ll find out, eventually π
Ha! I have similar βconversationsβ with my daughter. π
I love these “conversations” sometimes I learn interesting things… if I can keep from giggling! π
